- No quotation will be given without an ISBN number.
- If book is not available on the website, send enquiry directly via mail to orders@dsf-services.co.za for a quotation.
- Queries will be attended to within 48 hours.
No books are kept in store and will be ordered on received of payment only.
LEAD TIMES FOR DELIVERY OF BOOKS WILL BE 10 – 15 WORKING DAYS FROM ORDERING OF BOOKS FROM THE SUPPLIER
- Orders are placed at suppliers ever Friday, leadtimes must be counted from each friday of the week
- DSF is dependent on suppliers and backorders on some books are inevitable. Books will be placed on backorder and client will be informed as soon as it is released by supplier.
- Parents determine their own method of payment. Please note! Fully paid orders after 1 December 2025 might have a potential waiting period. (Longer that previously mentioned).
- Orders from 1 March 2026 will have additional courier costs that will be added to the quotation.
- No refunds will be done after books was ordered and paid to the supplier.
- As soon as orders are received. Client will have 3 working days to let us know about any discrepancy with the order. If no notification is received, DSF will consider the order complete.
- DSF Bookshop will be closed from Friday 12 December 2025 until 5 January 2026. All orders placed during this period will be available for collection and courier from 20 January 2026.
- Prices on website is valid until end of MAY 2026
